The farms of The Fresh Grower are located in Pukehohe, South of Auckland, New Zealand. Currently run by its third generation descendant, Allan Fong, it has been known to produce high-quality crops since the 1940s. All produce is grown in fertile volcanic soil with pure natural water and in a mild climate with favorable conditions that is optimal for farming.

The artesian water that the farms use to grow their crops is of the highest quality, free from heavy metals and other pollutants. The environment in which they grow is free from air pollution; hence the water from their rainfall is of very high quality. The ultra violet intensity in New Zealand combined with the high quality water, the smog free air and highly fertile volcanic soils, enables them to produce vegetables with intense colors and flavor.
