The pies are all produced with premium ingredients in a full production bakery (opened in Dec 2011) in Fo Tan and distributed throughout Hong Kong and Macau. It operates its own shops, sells direct to consumers and offers a wide selection of wholesale products for hotels, clubs, restaurants and cafes. The business has expanded greatly since it was founded in 2010, reaching more and more individuals and companies who are looking for a premium product to enjoy and to serve their customers.
